CASDSM works in partnership with local health and social service providers across the Districts of Sudbury and Manitoulin to collaboratively support children, youth, and families.

Through strong community partnerships, we can better connect families with meaningful resources, strengthen circles of support, and honour the importance of belonging, identity, and cultural connection.
